This rustic cottage was the original milking shed of the original Noordhoek Farm now lovingly restored with classic and modern finishes. It’s a place of great history and meaning where the age of the grounds is evident in the 200 year old Blue Gum trees, and the thick and skew walls of the cottage add wonderful character and charm.  It may be rustic but it’s certainly comfortable and tastefully done. It’s a stones throw away from Cape Point Vineyards and a few minutes drive to the beach,  Noordhoek Common and Farm Village. Its elevated position gives one a very special perspective of the Noordhoek Valley, magnificent sunsets and a wonderfully close view of the mountains behind.

Open up the stacking doors and let the outdoors in. Listen to the fish eagles by day and the owls by night. This place has a pool, a trampoline, giant swing and big grounds, the perfect place for children to explore. Swim in the pool, pick guavas and lemons, walk to the Vineyards or just sit quietly and absorb the magic, this is one very unique spot!!!
